Simple, easy to use. Works perfectly. I LOVE this app and the support team. They are super helpful and knowledgeable.
We had an issue getting this app setup initially because the 'add to cart' button in our template was non-standard. We sent a message to the developer for help and they resolved the issue incredibly quickly (and this was with the free version of the app). Product Warnings on Checkout provided exceptional customer service and the app is working perfectly now!
I used this app to apply the Terms and Conditions of my tickets. I really like how the app allows you to do custom warnings on different products and even product variants.
Fairly simple to set up, and it just works. It's been a godsend for making sure customers understand what they are buying, and to alert them when they need another item for full functionality. Sometimes customers are replacing one of the items so they're OK purchasing one and not the other, whereas other people may not realize one won't work without the other. So a big "Thank You" for a great app.
There is room for improvement, however. I wish there was a way to preview. I have some country-specific warnings enabled, and I'd love to see how it works. But since my IP address is not in those countries, I don't know how it appears to my customers.
Install was very easy and worked immediately for my needs! I had a question about using the product and contact support. Within minutes over the weekend I had a response. Thanks team!
