This App is awesome, you can tailor the program to suite your needs for almost graphics/product combination. When you start to realize the depth the program has it can be daunting, however, it works in your favor. You can curtail the program in so many ways. In addition, the support from Rashed is truly top notch, either chat with him or email and guarantee you'll receive a response and get any problem you have solved!
I can't tell you how many apps we've tried for our custom apparel business. Customer support is awesome and seems like they go above and beyond other design studios to make sure you get what you're looking for. Jahangir helped me out, very professional.

I've been using this app for almost a year, Great integration, Great App, and an amazing UI, Very simple to use. I love the idea of the SVG clipart, so the client can choose the different colors on the graphics. Excellent App
Over the past two weeks I've had great communication with the Inkybay support team. They've been very helpful and made several changes and improvements based on my input. The backend can feel a bit clunky at times but every problem I've had has been tackled by support, usually within minutes, and the app gets better with each suggestion. The english is good enough but some menus might seem confusing at first glance. I can definitely recommend it, as long as you're prepared to work with this great support team to achieve a custom solution that works perfect for you.

We are not live with the app yet, but we are working to set things up and it has been a good experience so far. The team is very experienced and has been responsive.
