Great video creator that I was excited to use and publish but there seems to be a publishing bug where it will prevent you to upload! hits 99% and thats it
I've contacted Promo and got no outcome so I sent another email hoping for some support to resolve it but nothing at all has been provided or some sort of info if its a known issue within the app or its been looked into.
Like I said great app that I really want to use even pay for but just feeling like I've been left in the dark.
See how I go any the next couple of days and hopefully able to change my review to a 5 star

I have now tested multiple facebook video apps. Promo is the only one that doesn't hurt to use. It's definitely the best one for someone like me, who doesn't want to spend hours making vids.

You can choose the images from your store easily.
On the Media tab, hover the image you'd like to replace, and hit 'replace'. That will give you the option to choose from all your product images, upload from external resources, or use our free creative library.

Its easy to use and you can get a great video done very easily. My only complaint? I can't seem to place this video anywhere in Shopify except in the Product catalog media whereas I would love to be able to put it on the Home page but I can't without a URL which with the FREE version of Promo.com I can't access the actual file for down load.
i love this app except it has one short coming which is my website name cannot be fully written on the videos because it is more than 20 characters long.please help. www.actsonlinestore.shop
