I was going to give this only 1 star, but Promo wouldn't let me submit my review unless it was 5 stars. So far the app is very neat. Except, I keep getting an error message when trying to download my video. Customer Service STILL hasn't replied back to my message about this issue. It's pushing a week now.

Our free app allows you to create endless videos and publish it to your social media channels or Shopify product page. I apologise for any inconvenience, but downloading a video directly is not an option at the moment.
As for not allowing you to publish your rating, in no way we can control that as it's managed on Shopify's end.

Hi . This app is amazing and the pre made videos are amazing and very professional . I am loving this app apart from one draw back of having very limited themes and short period videos for free version . This app is highly recommended for your beautiful store .

10-15 sec ads have proven themselves to work better, keep in mind that the average attention span is approximately 8 seconds, so when most viewers are losing interest watching longer ads, your audience is highly engaged.

I use Promo.com to make video promotions for my online store and is really easy to do. Don't have a lot of choices but hey, it's a free app. Video quality is very good. You should try it
