And, when a sold out product is replenished, it is positioned to the original position based on chosen sorting type. Mete has been incredible today. They have advised me clearly on all the options available with my requests and explained the positives and negatives of each choice with patience whilst I figure out what I want to do. I could not be more impressed with the service and attitude given and the solution we settled on together is the best for what we need. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who requires services they provide and Mete has been a star in a potentially confusing request.
I was billed $89.88 in January for 12 months, my shop has been offline for a couple of months as we worked on a relaunch and the app was accidentally uninstalled.
I reinstalled and haven't been able to reach anyone in support, so in order to get into the app I have had to click the professional plan option thinking I had the trial period to sort this out and I've just been notified the approved $89.88 will be billed again today.

Earlier i was not happy with them, that's why gave them 1 star review. so i directly talk with the owner/developer of this app and he made some changes specifically for my store and now i can use this app easily!
