They were very responsive and assisted me with the problem I was having. Rameez was very helpful and he even informed me about the free business plan for users like me who is just starting and looking to increase my subscribers. He even gave me a refund since I upgraded to the business plan. Highly recommended!
Very good customer service! application easy to use and intuitive, I have not yet configured campaigns, so I can not quantify its effectiveness. But I am sure it is to be good.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS I WOULD! The customer service, extensive amount of help, patience, care, I can go on, this team showed me was beyond incredible. Sometimes reps will make you feel a bit uneasy when there's something you're a bit unsure about and it's an easy task for them. Not one time did I feel this way with this company. When you're a business but especially a small business, things could get frustrating at times. Not one time did I feel this way. Actually, this company has activated my hustling powers even more by simply caring about my business needs. Please please use this company for your marketing needs! You won't be disappointed!

I was able to get a sale from the app within a couple of days of installing it (starting with 0 subscribers). I consider this app as a "must-have" as it allows me to recover a high % of cart abandoners. Bonus: Customer suppport are super friendly and top-notch. They will occassionally follow up and offer advice on how you can better improve your results!
I installed the app because it appeared in the recommended ones, and I never thought I would be served by such a caring and friendly person as Rojen. He was very patient with me and tried to help in every way. He showed me ideas, resources and information that were very important for the development of my store. I haven't had any results yet because I installed it 30 minutes ago, but I'm sure it will be fine. If I can update the review, I will leave my feedback about my results. Thanks Rojen.
