Application vraiment pas pratique si on a déjà un compte Brevo. L'application Pushowl Brevo recréé automatiquement un nouveau compte et aucune synchronisation n'est possible avec l'ancien compte Brevo.
Heureusement que le service client et notamment Piyush était là pour m'aider.
Merci infiniment pour sa précieuse aide

If you're installing for the first time and have multiple Brevo accounts, make sure you are logged in to the right account before you start! I accidentally connected the wrong account to my store and then made a complete mess trying to fix it, but support was super helpful and quick to respond. I spoke to Anjali, who I would give 20/10 stars if I could!

Um weiter mit unserem Shopify Plus Shop Brevo zu nutzen, mussten wir die App verwenden, deshalb leider nur 4 Sterne. Das Onboarding war erst etwas holprig da wir zwei Shops anbinden mussten. Der Support bekommt 5 Sterne :) sie haben sich schnellstens gemeldetund waren sehr hilfsbereit.

To keep using Brevo with our Shopify Plus store, we had to use the app, so unfortunately only 4 stars. Onboarding was a bit bumpy at first because we had to connect two stores. Support gets 5 stars :) they got back to us very quickly and were super helpful.

Piyush was extremely helpful in getting everything integrated properly for me once I ran into issues. I'm still new with the app, but I'm finding so many of these are not layman user friendly which is creating a lot of frustration for me.

Did not generate any leads and charged my €60 for something in the last month AFTER i had uninstalled it - AVOID
Nayan subsequently refunded my money and assisted me in setting up Pushowl.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with technical support, thanks to Yash.

Yash was incredibly patient and friendly throughout our conversation, which was very helpful as we worked through some complex integration details. He ensured that all my questions were answered, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. As a result, all my settings and configurations are now completely clear.

What impressed me most was the speed of the response. Not only was the initial reply fast, but Yash's follow-up and resolution of the logo issue were immediate and generous.
