Migrating systems is a massive challenge, and I initially didn't know where to start, especially with the Shopify integration. Between the endless documentation and complex parameters, it was hard to even tell if certain features existed. They say all things are difficult before they are easy, and Yash was the key to making everything feel simple. His quick, insightful, and highly practical suggestions saved me countless hours of troubleshooting. Amazing customer support. I’m quite new to email marketing and not a developer. AI helped me create some HTML templates, but I still needed help with setting up Brevo and fixing a few issues that weren’t picked up.

Staff memebrs are very helpfull, shout out to Yash who helped me today, as a start up myself sometimes it is difficult to find the right email platform as I don't have a huge base to start from, but Yash helped me find the best solution today for my bussiness needs and I am very excited to try the new plan :) Also the AI chat bot is very helpful, but I got conected with Yash in under 2 min which was fantastic. I would like to warmly thank Nayan and Anjali for their invaluable help. I encountered several bugs due to incorrect settings on my end, and they supported me with kindness, patience, and care until everything was fully resolved.
Being fortunate enough to be bilingual (French and English), I was able to communicate with both support teams, and I find that the French support in particular is especially fast and efficient.
I am currently still on the free plan while I finalize my setup and prepare to launch my business. But one thing is certain: as soon as I make my first sales, I will upgrade to a paid plan without hesitation. The responsiveness is outstanding, and the service is excellent, even for customers on the free plan.

I was facing some issues as I had 2 Brevo Accounts. I had the help of Harish at support and it changed my whole experience to be honest. He made a lot of work to get it to work. Really amazed by how good it went and that it solved my issue ! Thanks to him and now Brevo.Pushown is working perfectly
