We love Pushowl. The user interface is clear, simple, and accessible. But the best part of the app is the amazing, personal support we receive. Rishika is extremely knowledgable and has provided us recommendations and support that have translated directly to increased sales. The software is good, but the people behind it are what really makes Pushowl as effective as it is.
Usually with most apps it's easy to be a little skeptical about how effective they are really are versus how much you are spending. But the PushOwl team make it their mission to maximise your return on investment. If you don't already have a push notification strategy, then you don't need to look any further.
LOVE THIS APP, Kunal is the best and funniest customer service agent ever. He always goes out of his way to help and provide tips to make sure we are using push owl to its fullest potential. As soon as I added this app, I received an email offering help to get things configured. I had set up the Push Notifications easily enough, and then I asked their support to check them out. The Support Team got online fast and made key recommendations for my store, referring me to links that are templates for more-engaging messages to the customers. They even clicked around my store to offer suggestions on my social links and correcting a page typo...truly a Full-Service Support Team!
I am very pleased with this app, as it does what it says it will do. And, I am equally pleased with the Support Team that comes with it! I highly recommend this app.
