We're a new startup on Shopify, and I didn't know much about PushOwl and did not know how to use it to call back our potential customers, he told me how it works and how to set up it step by step, very considerate and professional, he also helped me set up the setting even I just used it with free versions. 6/1/2021 - This is an updated review and I can't say enough good things about the support we receive with PushOwl, especially recently with Lucio. It is very easy to install. Also, whenever we have had a question or issue, the PushOwl team has responded very promptly and completely. We are particularly impressed with the fact that the app works seamlessly with Shopify. Five Stars for ease of installation, user interface, integration with Shopify and especially their customer service.
The app is easy to use. I haven't received any conversions as of yet, but I probably haven't optimized it as well. It's something I plan to work on. The support is really great - even checked in on me to see if they could help. Very responsive. So far - 5 Stars.

As email blast costs keep increasing, I chose pushowl as our primary marketing tool to reach out to customers. It is faster, easier & cheaper.
Pushowl is one of few apps with customer service that pops up and asks to help before the customer does. I give five stars to the app's rich features and another five to customer service representatives.
A perfect app for generate new and lost sales via push notifications. Using it for last 2 years and generated good revenue with it. Highly recommended.
