We use this app to add messages to our pages that may change periodically such as sales or special hours. It works great for our needs. The only thing I'd like to see if the ability to have a bar show only to new customers.
Could use more bold/formatting capabilities without code since right now we have to add "" code to make it bold.

This app has almost every basic feature I need ( might even apply in your case). Easy to create,delete , modify. (No of clicks on bar comes with pro).

Very happy with this app! It was easy to navigate and set up. I had a question, and someone responded really quickly to solve my problem.
This makes my page more cleaner than using the section they provide in the theme setup. It works just as I need it to work. The announcement is bold and clear of display
Only just installed so not sure if it works correctly yet, but lots of options in text and colour, recommended.
I really like this app. The basic templates are flexible and customizable enough to give a pretty good user experience. It's not complicated to use and edit. I like that it can fade out and disappear when configured so. I believe it's given our website (pacificbling. com) a decent uplift. I would recommend others to use this.
