Etsy Integration by QuickSync

So far I've gone through the process of syncing products between Shopify and Etsy. The support question I was answered quickly and seamlessly by Joseph. Additionally, instructions were provided so I can continue to easily sync my products in the future. I am glad I did not have to waste my time reproducing each listing and can now sync my product inventory across both platforms. Great app, great customer support, and easy to use overall. Thank you!

Very helpful integration to sync with etsy. It ended up being too expensive for me, but their customer service is fantastic. Joseph was very thorough and helpful without being salesmen-y. If I ever get busier, I will use again.

The UX-UI of this application is not the best, and the back-end responsible for syncing your products is spotty at best in frequent cases. It will work some of the time, half work other times, and sometimes just not work. Telling me the product is working then wanting me to provide more data for their product to try to fix it again, and again, etc...
Support and developers seem to have little insight into what is going on. Avoid unless you have no other options.

As a VIP customer, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with an Etsy integration app.

I honestly found myself asking:

"Are all the other 5-star reviewers seeing something I'm not, or was my experience completely different?"

Before the migration, I spent a great deal of time preparing my Shopify store. I even sent two pages of detailed instructions to the support representative, Joseph. My request was very clear:

Synchronize only a few products first so I can review everything before importing the entire catalog.

Unfortunately, this request was ignored.

Within about a minute, the app synchronized my products from Shopify to Etsy, and many listings were transferred with serious errors. Instead of receiving the careful onboarding I expected as a VIP customer, I had to spend hours correcting listings one by one myself.

The outcome was devastating.

Only one week after using QuickSync, my Etsy shop was suspended.

I cannot state with certainty that QuickSync alone caused the suspension, but I trusted an Etsy integration app to transfer my listings correctly. If there were compatibility or policy risks, I expected them to be identified during the onboarding process—not after my shop had already been affected.

This experience cost me a significant amount of time, unnecessary stress, and the loss of my newly opened Etsy shop.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

Great app an even better customer service. I worked with Joseph. Got my first etsy order and it never pulled oer into my shopify. Joseph popped up in the customer service window and in 30 seconds had the problem I was trying to work on for a day fixed.

He even followed up with me to make sure everything was setup right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP AND JOSEPH!

Great app for syncing Shopify products to Etsy. We ran into a hiccup where the initial sync completed without actually creating any listings due to missing SKUs, but their support (shoutout to Joseph!) jumped in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got everything synced correctly within minutes. Really appreciated the responsive, hands-on help.

Smooth and easy process; and Joseph was great. Very personable and friendly.

*However* ... I'm extremely concerned about a development that occurred (post-syncing my Shopify and Etsy stores) that I'm hoping will be fixed within the next few hours.

Every single one of our product images (over 200 photos) created on a transparent background in Shopify transferred over to Etsy with a solid black background. It's a complete mess. I've had to place my Etsy shop into Vacation mode until it's fixed.

Joseph has indicated he will look into a fix for the problem and reach out to us imminently. I look forward to getting this resolved and will adjust my review once the situation is fixed.

Just installed the QuickSync app. This saved soooo much time rather than keying in over 300 Shopify variants into Etsy. Their online consultant answered a few questions I had and the integration was seamless. We integrated all Shopify items into Etsy in minutes and already up and running! Great app to have! Great job QuickSync team!

Great app overall! We weren't sure what to expect when connecting our store to the Etsy marketplace, as technology and connecting things on a big scale can be prone to problems with the on-set, but once things got up and running, it has been very helpful in not having to manually keep track of inventory on both shops.

We did run into some glitches at first when it came to getting inventory to sync correctly, as we weren't doing a full 1-to-1 match from our Shopify to Etsy store, but only select products. However, the customer service team overall was fantastic through the process. Joseph helped answer a few questions at the on-set when we first installed, and the majority of the help I later received when going through the bigger issues was from Thea (thank you both very much for helping us fix the initial problems and getting us off the ground).

I would say 5 stars for customer service, but can't quite give 5-stars for the app though because I do notice some odd inventory quantity glitches that happen here and there when manually updating from the Etsy side, so unfortunately I need to pay attention to that here and there. I also wish we didn't have to re-sync products that sell out on Etsy, and then replenish, but I do understand that some automatic functionalities might be limited due to shop platform functionalities.

That being said, a pretty solid solution for what we're doing at the moment. Thanks for the help, team!

Wow - excellent customer service - REAL HUMANS! Jo did a great job and got our shopify store synched to our etsy store within :30 minutes. Better than re-keying everything for 3 hours, am i right?
