It did what they said but it caused me a lot of grief. When imported from Etsy to Shopify it will duplicate images. These duplicated images can sometimes be upwards of 100+ images. This means that you will have to go into the images and delete 100+ images on almost every listing one by one. When you have nearly 300 products this can be tedious to say the least! I will say that the rest of the items do integrate very well. The only other thing besides this bug fixed that I wish they had was a way to import Etsy Reviews. If that was a feature, I would have probably kept it. Their Support is okay so 3 stars I think is fair. Thanks
in terms of the setup, i will give 5 stars to Omar, who has been helping me throughout the setup. Excellent work, Omar! According to the actual app, it is TBD, as I am currently setting up. Time will tell!
Update: The app is causing daily discrepancies in our inventory quantities across our warehouses. I see the potential, but I will uninstall it now. Currently, the daily damage exceeds the benefits. I still think Omar was great!
Omar gets five stars; he was very helpful. This app wasn't for us because there were some limitations. We couldn't sync our product because the nature of it doesn't work well from Shopify to Etsy; it's too specialized on Shopify. Syncing the orders was nice, but to fulfill an order, we had to go back to Etsy to print the shipping label. So there was no point. It's a great concept, but sadly, it doesn't work for us. Omar tried to help, but it was out of his hands.
Joseph was very helpful with the set-up process. They are always available, but now I am having issues that it seems they don't know how to fix and they are not reaching out and it's been days. They said they would follow up, it's been over 5 days and still nothing.
So far so good. Just trying to figure a couple of things out before I can give a full review. The chat assistance was execellent. Omar was quite the help.
Great customer service. I am not sure whether it will meet my needs though as it doesn't seem like you can customise the listings via the app but rather to customise you need to do it through the Etsy app which makes it laborious again.
Eine gute App, schade das alles nur auf englisch ist. Pluspunkt das der Support sofort erreichbar ist und auch auf deutsch.
Was mir persönlich fehlt wäre die Auswahl welche Produkte synchronisiert werden sollen. Der Support hat mir geholfen allerdings wurde alles synchronisiert und ich hab nun eine Menge Gebühren..bei Etsy. Grundlegend stimmt der Ablauf! Hinzu kommt das sehr viele Produkte plötzlich von Etsy runtergenommen wurden, wofür die App nichts kann, aber es ist einfach ärgerlich da man für das einstellen Gebühren gezahlt hat. Im großen und ganzen bin ich zufrieden! Ich finde den monatlichen Beitrag allerdings viel zu teuer!
