Not only did they resolve my issue with remarkable speed, but they also did so with a warmth and friendliness that made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.
Very easy integration of products from my Etsy shop into Shopify, and Omar in customer service was lovely and helpful. My only issue was with a few product listings which for some reason kept inactivating on Etsy. I haven’t figured out what’s causing this so I manually solved.
