The set up of my items from Shopify to Etsy was easy and seamless and support from Mohamed Hussein facilitated any questions that I had regarding my listings
Excellent customer service and Arianne was amazing! She was very patient with me and helped me with every question I had. I was able to get things set up much faster than I expected, thanks to her help!
Omar was able to help me very quickly with a syncing issue (my error) I was having and checked to ensure that same issue wouldn't happen again.
Arianne did a FANTASTIC Job helping me get everything going. My Shopify store was messed up and she took charge and got everything straightened out. She was very responsive and easy to understand. Getting good Customer service is not easy these days and I'm really happy to report that Arianne is a shining example of what good Customer Service is all about!
