I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from Joseph Morris during the installation of a new app and the subsequent product upload process. From start to finish, Joseph demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction that truly exceeded my expectations.
I'm super impressed with the customer service! Regardless of how easy/intuitive a UI is, there really isn't anything that beats having a human walk you through things for the first time. Thea held my hand in the set up process, and got me set up super quickly. I'm very happy with this app so far!
Normie was great and easy to talk to. She has great communication skills and takes the initiative to assist me with my issues. She's an awesome representative.
