I'm very satisfied with this app as it works in complete syncing from both ways. I was worried as I do have initially different products in both platforms and syncing them to offer them in both Shopify and Etsy is the only way possible. Very glad this is offered, as it's not in application competitors.
Pleasantly surprised by the customer service, as it was initially complicated for me but worked really great in the end, I was attended by Joseph.

The app is very simple and easy to use. It does the job to sync the products, however it didn't work for all my products (partially my fault cause skus and stuff...) It also only syncs based on skus so not names, which makes it super quick and easy to set up, but can also mean troubles if you might wanna pair products based on something else. Anyway in conclusion super cool and simple app with really nice service and quick replies if you were to have questions.

I would recommend this app to others.

The written instructions to how to sync were very clear for someone that isn't 'techy'. There was also the option to speaking to someone on chat which I don't usually do however, I had a issue which led to me using the chat. I'm so happy I did.

The person I was dealing with was so very helpful, it felt like I had an invested partner helping find a solution to my business need. The title of the person was Customer Success Agent and it was an appropriate title, they were truly focussed on the success of my store.
