Joseph went above and beyond to help me. I left the chat to fix the shipping information and could not return to it. Instead of giving up talking to me he emailed me giving me instructions to go back to our chat and proceed with the sync of my store. He was very patient and kind. I like Quick Sync although it wasn't the right fit for me. It was easy to use and did everything I originally needed it for. I no longer wish to use etsy so that's why I don't need it
