Joseph went above and beyond to help me. I left the chat to fix the shipping information and could not return to it. Instead of giving up talking to me he emailed me giving me instructions to go back to our chat and proceed with the sync of my store. He was very patient and kind. He even offered to send me some videos to help me start my business at Etsy. Thank you Joseph!

I have tried a different integration app and it was a nightmare. From the moment I downloaded this app, I can tell the service was going to be different. Great service, great app. I Synced over 100 listings in a few minutes.
