Both Omar and Jayson were so patient with me while I finished setting up my Etsy account. I usually do not like getting assistance via Chat but this has been a good experience.

Joseph was so AMAZING! VERY PATIENT AND WELL AWARE of the technologies on both Shopify and Etsy. He literally worked with me over the course of 3 or so hours until I finally was set up. I am not normally one to struggle with these things but for some reason I was having tons of issues and he never gave up on me despite me actually giving up for about 30 minutes as I was just having so much trouble getting (my information) into everything LOL. But, when I got back, he was still there and carried on without missing a beat. He truly is the epitome of a perfect customer service tech. VERY VERY GOOD! 100 STARS TO JOSEPH!!!
