The operator who assisted me was Joseph, and I've had a fantastic experience through chat support. All my issues were resolved swiftly, and Joseph has been very welcoming. He was incredibly helpful. QuickSync is a huge time-saver, and I highly recommend it.

I was a bit concerned about using apps and getting everything messed up. When I signed up for the integration app, I paused and asked for help immediately. I most concerned about etsy listings having errors. I asked for help in chat and met Gasser. Excellent service. He sought answers and was quick to respond at each instant in less than 24 hours everything was and my etsy listings were live on my shopify store.

We are only just stating with this app but so far its been brilliant and saved me loads of time. I made a cock-up on our first order so asked a question on their chat and the guy fixed and synched the order to Shopify in less then 5 mins. Great support from Elhassan :-)
