I had some extra details that I needed which prevented me from setting up completely, started a chat with their customer service. Joseph helped me, he is super kind and very knowledgable. Garbage. I have no any different words. If you're looking for problems on your head, go ahead.

Listings syncing between Etsy and Shopify with a lot of errors. Sometimes its not sync description informtion, sometime its not transfer SKU, sometimes not all of colors vary.

I lost 3 days figure out what is going wrong: after syncing products from Shopify to Etsy all of listings were broken, that was impossible. I must create all of new listing and post in on Etsy.

Joseph was incredibly helpful and had lots of suggestions for how best to use the app and integrate my store. Couldn't have hoped for more and I am so excited to be saving SO much time by syncing all my products and orders. Thank you Joseph!
