Arianne was great and guided me through correcting the issue I was having with syncing my inventory. No long drawn out session with her. Just concise friendly guidance. Definitely 5 star assistance.
QuickSync’s TikTok integration is fantastic—easy to set up and syncs data quickly, making campaign management a breeze. I also want to commend Omar from customer support, who was extremely helpful and patient. He guided me through the setup process and answered all my questions clearly. Highly recommend both the product and their support team!
The customer service was awsome they knew what I needed before I did and they applied with ease.
It's absolutely convenient to use, frankly speaking, this is my first time using product sync app on Shopify, and I got some troubles in using it. I tried to reach them out, any I got assistance right away! The customer support agent helped me a lot and she's super nice.
To sum up, I would say this is definitely a good app worth to try!
On a warm Friday night, I took a leap of faith and signed up for an app in record time. You see, I normally do way too much research before purchasing or downloading ANYTHING, but this time I took action lighting fast with reckless abandon. Within minutes, I committed to giving a company $29 per month just so I could avoid having to sync 1347 skus. Once the process began, I say waiting for the magic to happen. Then, Normie appeared. As if heaven sent, she asked if I needed help.
My response, "Probably".
I mean, who can really say?
She guided me through the export process, then began to sync the skus. I waited for a few minutes. Nothing was happening. Then she told me that it was being sorted and she's email me when it was done.
Who even does that? Especially unprovoked. For a Shopify App?
Needless to say, I am impressed. Add this tool to your e-commerce tool belt and if you are lucky enough to run into Normie, tell her I said "Hello".
Jayson was the first one to truly solve this problem with syncing! He realized it was a category problem and immediately my items started syncing to my shop! Thank you Jayson!

Omar is the absolute best! I was having trouble integrating my TikTok seller with Shopify and he took care of EVERYTHING for me! Amazing service! If I could give 10 stars I would!
