Omar was amazing to work with. I had tried using another TikTok Shop synching tool but it did not work as easily or did it have as unbelieable customer service. Wow I loved this app, I have been looking for an app to help me sync my inventory, orders and other information from Shopify to TikTok and this app helped me a lot, specially the customer service agen JASON was very kind and supportive, I 100% recommend this app.
Still in the process of setting up at the time of this review but so far the customer support from Joseph has been world class. Super fast and responsive. The app set up so far is much easier than going through other options. This so far is #1 for anyone wanting to integrate to TikTok!
