The app doesn't work with all themes. We also disabled the app for a few months, yet they still send us emails stating that we have reached 90% of our account's session limit and need to upgrade. Hmmmm, How is that possible if the app isn't even active on our website? If the app was active, I may have fallen for this and upgraded, shame on you guys for giving your customers false analytics.

Nice working search bar, also integrated to a Container and not only in Header menu.
Really nice to use. Support will help you with any problem and if u need changes, they will do it for you within 24 hrs.

So far, so good. App installed easily. Great to have the snippet code that allows me to create a desktop and mobile search bar (vs the widget). Support sent me some further code that allowed me to centre the search bar was is great for aesthetics. Quite a bit of flexibility to control the settings and what gets displayed to customers when they search. Great thing is they have a suggestions function where you can see what others have asked for in terms of new features, you can vote and also suggest features yourself. They even give the status of the suggestions. So, app should keep getting better. Looking forward to seeing the developing functionality.

Rapid Search Team
The Rapid Search team was extremely helpful in setting up the search bar so that it didn't disrupt the functionality of my site. The looks are clean and will streamline my customers search for what they are looking for in particular. Will provide updates at a later date.
