The instant communications through chat were always "right on time"! I did not have to wait to receive assistance for a question or receive instructions. When necessary, the dev team was engaged and they also got back to me in a timely manner with the best solutions to fit my needs. Thanks to all for your incredible help! The app works well and does what it's supposed to. We had an issue with unexpected overage charges that caught us off guard, but their support team was responsive and worked with us to find a fair resolution. They've also mentioned they plan to add better notifications for usage overages in the future. Solid app and good customer service.

Have used this app for a few years with no problems. Needed to change one of my workflows recently and Taras from support explained what i needed to do. Made a mistake entering the new settings and again support helped out and had the workflow up and running in a few minutes. Great customer service and would recommend!

EXTREMELY POWERFUL! Better than Shopify Flow. Support is great too! This has definitely made regular jobs a lot easier by automating the processes for my business.

This app has saved me time with workflows that help me keep track of where things are at! well worth it once you get the workflow correct.
The workflows can be very complex and they will work with you, keep in mind automation is not easy, but these guys make it less difficult!

This app has been pivotal to our success as an online business. We sell classes so our setup is a little different than the typical store. React Flow has made it possible to run complex workflows off of custom Liquid code that no other flow app, including the build-in Shopify app, can do. It is very intuitive to use, and when I've needed support their online chat crew responded immediately and had advanced knowledge to help me debug. I would highly recommend this app.
