Strongly recommend if you need ID verification services. It integrated well with our Shopify template. And due to a few unique requirements of our site, we needed some extra assistance and a few small adjustments, which the Real ID team were super fast and helpful to provide. Finally, it does what it promises, which is validate IDs as smoothly as one could hope.

Using Real ID has made the identity verification process seemless. Real ID support team helped set it up with Shopify flow so its a fully automated process now. Very easy to set up and start using.

Genuinely quite impressive

We are super impressed with Dylan and the Real ID team and functionality. From the start they have been responsive and supportive to help get the software implemented and running smoothly, from introduction/demo and installation support. Recently we requested that they build a Military ID verification feature so that we could verify service peoples for a lifetime discount. A few weeks later the Real ID team had successfully created this feature and yesterday a long standing customer of ours utilized it and now gets the lifetime discount. Again we cant say enough how great the support has been....this is not the case with many apps as we all know.

We use REAL ID for 3 of our website properties. For two sites, we use the App to control the sale of regulated goods. For the third, we use it to reduce credit card fraud (e.g. for first-time customers whose billing & shipping does not match). For the regulated goods, the app is incredibly effective and has saved us a tremendous amount of time in employee-customer communication, record storage and so on. It has also eliminated a lot pushback from customers! We used to have trouble asking for ID's by email, but now we rarely if ever have customers question the legitimacy of the process. The App has lots of options and Support or Developer feedback is always fast and helpful. In short, I definitely recommend REAL ID to cut time and costs by dramatically reducing credit card fraud or to easily perform legal requirements having to do with regulated goods. As I say, we are now 3 websites strong with it. Thanks REAL ID team!

This app was exactly what we were looking for to help combat fraud orders. Customer service has also been tremendously helpful and provided guidance on not only setting up this app but also recommendations on other related processes and flows to make this a seamless experience for our customers and teams. Such an amazing app to help with Fraud. I use this when I have a High/Medium Risk of fraud to verify my customers. I 100% recommend it, and the customer service from Dylan has been so great from the start.

I wish there was a better option for smaller businesses like mine, like a pay as you go option per check or something similar. Maybe in the future! :)
