We're using Re:Amaze for a while. Switched to Re:Amaze from Gorgias. The pricing is much more flexible in comparison to Gorgias. Also, the Support Team is much more responsive and helpful. The Onboarding and whole migration were not that easy, but this is just because I've never done this before and never used Re:Amaze. Having Support Team assistance during our transition period is great because it makes this process much easier. I like Re:Amaze, because it fulfills all our needs at this moment.

We have been with Re:amaze for a while now and are really happy with the usability and the interface. Now just waiting for Instagram DM integration but we know that is in the hands of the IG gods. keep up the good work!

We have been a user of Re:amaze for almost 3 years. It continues to WOW us as a simple yet robust customer communications platform. It is affordable, simple to set up and if you run into issues, their customer support team is very helpful. We have multiple brands with different email addresses, integrations, like Shopify, to manage orders and more. We take advantage of the built in CSAT tool as well as the reporting options. It's a great platform!

I highly recommend Reamaze. The feature set are great and it has outstanding customer support. Staff is amazing.

Probably the best app for customer engangement and customer service when you are on Shopify.

Self service with FAQ, multi channel options such as contact forms, direct emails, live chat, messaging and sociale media monitoring. What's not to like?

Besides the fact that Reamaze is a powerfull app then their customer service / onboarding is excellent. Super responsive and extremely friendly.

Our team loves all the features of Reamaze and yet it is super simple to use.

This is a highly recommended app - no doubt.
