So far so good. I have only had it up and running for a day but I can say that setting up my email was really very simple so it is not a hard app to use. The hard part was coming up with an original idea!! All I can say is that since my new email went active, I have had one abandoned cart email sent and it was recovered! Yipee!!! My track record with abandoned carts up to this point has not been all that great. I am hoping this is the turn around I have been needing.
I set up this app about an hour ago and just got an order recovered. That was pretty dang easy!
