RecurrinGO! Subscriptions App

Great app. Great support. Love the pricing.
We added Subscription & Recurring Order around a month ago and have nothing but positive reviews so far. Setup and integration with our existing discount app was flawless, and the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Importantly, this app supports auto renew, which, to my initial surprise, is not the case with all subscribe & save apps out there.
My only comment is that the admin dashboard could use some improved features to help manage subscriptions. But even there, the developers are actively working to improve the user experience and are grateful for the feedback. I hope to see several features added in the near future, and I look forward to continue working with SpurIT.
Several features that would be great to have:
- Sort and filter your active subscriptions to prepare for upcoming invoices.
- Generate automated email reminders to our staff. That would be insanely helpful!

I have even brought issues to them due to other applications clashing with their product and instead of brushing me off or saying something like "this is beyond our scope" or "it's the other guy's fault" they go as far as updating the code of their app to ensure this problem does not persist with others who may end up utilizing the same two apps as I have.

I lament in being only able to write this one review, but I hope that someone reads it and is convinced that out of every Subscription-Service application available to us on Shopify- RecurrinGO! is the way to GO!

Easy to install and configure (support team is amazing and can help if you can't do it yourself). Wonderful concept, our customers love the idea that you are not "locked in" and they can control the frequency of delivery and skip it when not ready. The support is outstanding and prompt. The ROI on this app is high - so it will pay for itself after the first week for sure. We strongly recommend it!

Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Einbindung des Widgets, da nach Änderung des Themes auf Shopify unsererseits die Abo Funktion verloren ging. Innerhalb von 2 min hat der Support alles wieder eingerichtet. Super schnell und freundlich!!

C'est une bonne application pour un membership... mais le plus beau, c'est qu'ils ont un service hors pair!!!! 24/24! J'ai eu un problème avec mon membership parce que j'ai changé de thème, et ils ont réglé ça un dimanche soir, dans le temps de le dire... Juste wow si vous avez besoin d'une application comme celle là...

This is a great app! Very easy to install and set up. Plus they have great customer service! Had an issue integrating the app with our new theme and they fixed it within hours!! Highly recommend.

Update March 2023: Also, they offer excellent and timely help when problems arise!

I absolutely love this app. Integrate seamlessly with your Shopify online store, easier to set up then recharge subscriptions, and the customer service, in my experience, has been better. The RecurrinGO team has done a great job! Only if integrated with Klaviyo!
