I'm still new to the app but their customer service is incredible. Lorraine not only answered my questions but she made sure she connected me with all of the info I would need to further build out my program.

Mardie was very helpful in explaining the features. The program doesn't have as many customization features as we would want, but it will work.

Setup really straightforward, lots of customisation options. Really great plug-n-play functionality although I would have liked to see Instagram Stories as a customer sharing option. Sent out invites to existing customers the same day of setup. Haven't had a referral sale through yet but customer service was on point too - thanks Karen!

Getting support with issues is a bit clunky as you have to email the team. But once they receive the message it works fine. Jon was very helpful and resolved my query on time.
