I ran into a "problem" (user error, on my behalf). I requested support for the IzyRent app and within 30 minutes I was greeted with a friendly message that solved my issue immediately. I'm so happy they did, because this app is fantastic and ahead of the others available on Shopify. So many useful features.
I then asked if they could add a feature to their app. They said they will work on it and get back to me once they do. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE (I hope this doesn't prompt too many requests for innovation haha)
I asked who I was talking to, and I was happy to hear it was the developer of the app personally. It is such a privilege to have the developer also being the assistant and so readily available.
All I can say is this person is amazing. Thank you on behalf of all the Shopify community.

The most well tought of reservation/ rental app on the marketplace. Tested over a dozen of them and this one is the best one by far. Customer support is very proactive and the developers actually care to improve the app.

I've been using IzyRent for my houseboat rental business and it's been a game-changer. The app allows me to easily define what days of the week rentals can start and end on, making it incredibly flexible for my operations. Integration with existing Shopify features is seamless, which was a big plus for me.

What really sets this app apart, though, is the developer's support. They've been extremely responsive, fixing minor bugs quickly and even accommodating some of my feature requests. This gives me confidence that the app will continue to improve and adapt to my needs. Highly recommended for any rental business!

The app currently offers flexibility in choosing the customer pays x% + a deposit now and x% later. I hope in future versions there may be the ability to have a specific payment schedule were the customer pays x% now, and x% by a specific date. This would give even more flexibility and help us out!

We've tried other scheduling apps but nothing compares to IzyRents. I'm honestly astonished at how quickly their support responds to requests and just how easy they are to work with. I asked for some minor color customization and had it done within minutes. Absolutely fantastic!

Edit: I had an issue with bookings and got immediate help. They patiently helped me find the issue and I couldn't be happier with the support I've received.

It's fast, reliable and uses Shopify's CSS so isn't bloated like the others and looks consistent with the Shopify UI.

The devs respond instantly to any queries (not that we expect that level or response) and are friendly and supportive.

We hope to work with the developers to help make this the most feature rich Booking App on Shopify but as it stands, everything it does do, it does it better than all others we tried.

I experienced some issues on my theme, and their customer service was very quick and helped me debug and figure out what caused the issue. It was with another app, but they still helped with solutions and guidance.

App works very well. Great support. Would benefit from less lag when adding items to cart and more customisable calendar.

We use this app to take all our bookings. It is very dynamic and caters for many different booking types depending on what your business needs. The best part about the app is the customer service. The developers almost instantly reply to all emails, and they’re very helpful in fixing things or assisting quickly. Love the app!

- Le support est très réactif : une question déposé dans le tchat et on obtient une réponse détaillée. Quand on est novice c'est important. Le petit plus : c'est le partage d'écran qui permet de faciliter la compréhension et de mieux appréhender l'application !
- Les mises à jour de l'application avec un guide utilisateur mis à jour lui aussi ! Je vous recommande cette application sans hésiter.

FANTASTIC! We have thousands of products in our store all of which need a booking calendar. After trying probably 15 other apps which had to be applied one product at a time I came across this one. Customer service is good :) Not sure if the app meets all the things I'm looking for but they tried their best to help me configure it and get everything done. They even created a product for me so I could see how it works. Would recommend :)

Great app that solves the headache of offering bookings on set days and with optional times. Easy to implement.

Started using this recently to take bookings for our new glamping site. App works really easily, unlike the 2 others I tried and cancelled. And the people running it were super helpful to ensure it worked well with our site. Highly recommend.

Super easy app to use compared to a lot of booking and rental apps I've tried! Developer is working to get more available on the app! Such fast response from support and they're open to any ideas you have for the app to! Would highly recommend
