Report Pundit: Custom Reports

At first, looking at the app report page was a little intimidating. But after exploring some of the reports available to us, I found everything to be easy peasy. Even better is that when I chatted up Reuben while on the report page, he was able to make and deliver a custom report that fulfilled exactly what I was looking for. The reports have provided us clarity and insight on a wide range of aspects of our business, but especially related to inventory. Thank you! John Porter

We're using Report Pundit from sometime, it's a great app for reporting and best of all, amazing and quick customer service.

Excellent functionality; if one of the pre-formatted reports won't do it, there is basically nothing you can't create a custom report for! Their live help via chat is always helpful and with a little explanation of what you are looking for they will even create the report for you!

This app and its customer service are AMAZING!!! I had a pretty specific report that I needed that seemed a little out of what I thought was possible. David not only was able to do it for me, but made it so easy and uploaded it into my reports. This app is an absolute must have if you need custom analytics. Can't say enough good things about it and the customer service!

This app is essential for us getting the information we need to our accounting and planning departments. We recently had a change in our workflow with our internal ERP system and even though there was not a report template that combined both of the fields I needed, Eby was able to create that template for me. Love this App and love the quality of build!

10/10 recommend this app. The live chat i always on point, and there isn't a report that I've requested that they couldn't help me build. I highly suggest you use the Report Pundit for Shopify reporting.

Let me first start by saying that the Customer Support Team is fantastic! Reuben, Jim, Gabriel, and the rest of the Report Pundit team are quick to respond and act. Our Accounting and Marketing teams can build just about any report we need related to our Shopify activity, and if there is a field that doesn’t exist but you require, they will do their best to create it. Their online chat function hits it out of the park with live rep support. Although we have only been using the app for a couple of months now, it has surpassed our expectations. In fact, there are reports that Shopify is unable to provide due to issues with date ranges that Report Pundit can!

I really appreciate how these guys help create custom reports and automation. I have been able to get all reports that I needed, and even emailed to me on schedule. Extremely helpful!

I started using Report Pundit over two years ago and have never had the need to look for any other reporting tool. Very easy to make the reports I need and when I need help, they are very quick to respond. Highly recommended!

I used report Pundit for all kinds sales related report and utilize as tool and base for further business analysis. The customer service is responsive and helpful. The only thing I would like to report pundit to have would be the inventory O/H report for month-end and inventory movement report, I believe report pundit will become the first go-to Shopify app once it develops more robust and comprehensive coverage.
