The support is fast, I like that it's quick to use and works great even with third-party apps like Boost AI Search and others. There are no hidden costs or limiting features.
Of the many apps available for requesting quotes, this one fits our needs the best. The developers were very accommodating whenever small tweaks needed to be made to best suit the verbiage on our website.
Talk about going "over and above" to make a customer happy! I have worked professionally in tech since the late 1980's and, believe me, this is among the best customer support I have ever received. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED AND HAPPY!
Excellent app for stores that wish to facilitate quote requests instead of complete purchase transactions online. Very helpful and responsive support if ever required.
Excellent application and great support
Our new company website just went LIVE this past week and so far I am very pleased with SolverCircle's Request for Quote app. The trial period was very helpful in determining if this was the RFQ app for us. They have been extremely responsive and willing to come up solutions to some of the issues I had (no country field in basic version, added counter and icon to direct customer to RFQ tab). We had to upgrade to the next level in order to customize for our needs which meant a higher monthly expense. It was worth it though. They have been very nice to deal with also.
The team at Solver Circle has been extremely easy to work with in getting this app installed in not only our first template through Shopify but also our second. The app works seamlessly and has been a great asset in being able to quickly and effectively get quotes out to our customers. Their response time to questions is extremely quick which is greatly appreciated. I completely recommend this app and working with the Solver Circle team. Thank you again!
It is exactly what I needed. Other apps do not make it clear to the customers asking for a quote without purchasing is possible, written info is needed and customers may miss it. This app makes it really clear from the beginning and customers can't miss this option. Also support is helpful and they customize the buttons & all to make it fit the theme. Happy to pay for this app. :)
This app is great and highly recommended! Because of the type of business we are, we had to have them customize some additional features and they did that very carefully and precisely. They are always very responsive when it comes to support and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
The support team was amazing. They answered all my questions and got the job done quickly. This app is wonderful, my customers love it too! Saves us the headache of doing quotes manually. I'd recommend this to anyone
