Can't recommend this app enough. Easy to set up as you can arrange a call after installing so they can talk you though the whole process. I had to use the chat for help a few times and they answered immediately and either did it for us or showed me how to do it. If all that wasn't enough to get you to download this app, we asked for an extra feature as we have 2 kinds of returns and they set the whole thing up for us outside of the normal plan we are on. And it only took a couple of days. Was having the type of day where nothing goes right and honestly, this kindness turned my week around. So get this app!
Customer support is so far so good. App exactly what we need it for and they have upgrade or updates from time to time. Chat support is always helpful and replies within a few hours.

A really good returns app. It has almost everything I need; it falls short only due to the nature of my products - I need to provide a 3 items to 1 item exchange, but ReturnGo can only do 1 to 1.
The resolutions and policies etc to me seem to be a little more complex than they need to be and they have confused me at times, but help was always available when needed.
Other than that, I am pleased with it and I've kept the app on my site until I decide whether to stick with it and do some manual exchanges when necessary or revert to all manual.
I tried 5 -6 other return apps (in my budget) before trying ReturnGo and it was the best by far.
Customer service has been very good - prompt, helpful and friendly.

For the most part, our team enjoys using ReturnGO. It has streamlined our exchange process and has made issuing labels super easy. Except for a few minor glitches, it works well.
Their support is sublime. Incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and they even gave me access to features that were in beta.
This app is a game changer when it comes to processing returns. Doesn't take long to set up and is packed with features. What I was most impressed with was the help received from their support team when I had an issue with postage being charged on returns (I only wanted to charge the customer the price difference for the items). Junessa on the help team, was a joy to deal with - pleasant, helpful and more than a little patient with my limited experience. Together with her CTO, they were able to patch a backend fix to my store which solved the issue while I waited! How good is that! Thank you guys.
