I am new to the ecommerce world. After enduring many frustrations with many applications throughout the process, I discovered Aftership. Their professionalism and friendliness was a breath of fresh air. They gave me immediate attention and resolved my issues with kindness and grace.
Awesome app, and easy to install. Haven't had many customers use the app yet but it's great knowing they have a landing page with instructions and a form to fill out if they want to do a return or exchange. Our site is www.b-clutch.com - can check out our return portal there!
