Going well - I really wanted to offer free shipping returns for customers that could self generate them - but that is not possible on my plan $59 a month - but we can offer variant swaps like shoe size swap for example, customers can generate their own labels, returns are approved automatically, and we offer a 15% store credit bump when customer opts in for that in regards to returns instance -
Arun was very patient and explained the process clearly. They were also very understanding of a mishap regarding the service request at the beginning on my end. Overall great experience.
