I used this app to create an RMA process for my shop. It was pretty easy to set up, especially with image size requirements listed on the set up page. One feature that was missing is the ability to preview the customized return page without submitting a test return. After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There have been some frustrating issues going on with billing, however Aftership has been very helpful with our account issues. They set up a google meet just to let me share my screen. I have not had any other app take the time to do that for us. We have used them for a year, and hope to use them for more years to come.

Good not great but cheap compared to Returnly and Loop Returns. Recommended if you don't have a lot of returns to deal with and don't want to spend hundreds for app of the kind.

The app was very difficult to set up and configure to a usable level. I do like having a built-in return option for my customers, but this is mostly a manual process once the shopper requests the return and you approve it.
