We installed the app a week ago and it is amazing so far ! The support is just great and the app really easy to use. Highly recommend it.
Hands down the best review company! We'd been having a few issues with integration due to being on an older and custom Shopify theme but the customer service has been amazing! :) Super helpful and quick.
The discussions around the application with the engineers and also onboarding has been amazing, polite and professional. The review booster is a great way to start getting those reviews and *'s !

We looked at a few options as we wanted both a place for our customers to know that our reviews are verified so they can trust them while also allowing these reviews to be seen by Google. The main area that stood out with reviews.io is the support, Vilash in business development and both Amador and Carlus in customer success have been excellent. We asked a lot of questions and they were really helpful and proactive. This stood them apart from others and I'm happy with our decision and implementation.

So far my experience has been great - I'm still very new to the app, so can't give to much insight into it but, I have to say the customer service is top notch - I've been dealing mostly with Kai who has helped out tremendously with the transfer over from yotpo!! Can't thank these guys enough
I spoke to a really helpful person (Mollie) who was very knowledgeable, polite and patient (I had a lot of questions to answer!). I carefully considered all the alternatives before choosing REVIEWS.io and I'm confident I chose the best company for quality and value for money in this field. The Shopify integration was done quickly and without issue.
