Really pleased with the service so far. I'm switching from Trustpilot due to them quadrupling the price of their already expensive service, and Reviews.io have been easy to work with and incredibly helpful so far, and I'm saving money. Their website is much easier to work with than the Trustpilot interface and I feel like I'm getting better customisation options for email templates etc. Adding the code to display reviews on the website is also very easy! Carlus has been a great help, setting up many of the features for me and sorting out all of my queries.

Only done the onboarding so far but the service is incredible and everyone is super helpful. The integration with other apps works perfectly fine and I'm looking forward to having review.io live!

I've been using the App for a week now and I'm really impressed with the app and especially with the support! The onboarding process was super comfortable and even with more complicated questions, the support was always there to help me and did a really good job. The backend is very clear and easy to navigate. The integration with Shopify is easy and all widgets are visually very attractive. I also find the price-performance ratio very good compared to other providers, the costs are transparent and the scope of functions great. I am thrilled all around and recommend this app to anyone who wants to collect reviews on an independent platform.

Absolutely the best integration for reviews on Shopify! During the transfer of TP to reviews.io we got assisted by the Customer Success Team who was instantly there if we had a question or even extra wishes. A big plus is that they have teams sitting around the world so no matter when you have a question they're instantly in the Service Chat and help you out.
Price to value is also great and the integration in our online shop looks amazing! My final conclusion - as maybe expected - I can highly recommend Reviews.io!

We had a really poor experience with the support of this app. The trial cancelation UI is very misleading hiding the actual cancel option in fine print and presenting an end trial button that actually just ends the trial and charges you. Also, after reviewing the app against 20 important features that we require we found a lot of issues with the review approval process which is very constricted (reviews can only be verified if prompted via the app system), customization options are very limited, UGC features are paid addons which is not the case for most similarly prices apps. There were other smaller issues we encountered as well in testing.

After evaluating a number of platforms, Reviews.io came out as the winner. And I'm really glad I picked it for our store - the platform has a ton of great features, it's really easy to integrate with our Shopify 2.0 theme, and their support team has been super helpful getting it set up. Would recommend!
