I just started using this app. The customer service has been very thorough with help from Rahul, and follow-through to completion by Siva. Siva was thorough and took the time to go through many different scenarios and make sure there were no problems.

This app allows me to control which products go to different regions. It is the most flexible shipping app I have used so far. Shopify shipping ABSOLUTELY failed me. Do not use it.
