ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

Overall ShipX has been a much needed resource for our business as we have irregular package sizes. Being able to specify certain products, combined rates, and use the AI feature to calculate the right rates has been a game changer.

The only wall we have run into is the inability to distinguish between commercial and residential address to get accurate rates for our customers. Hopefully, that ability will come soon.

Great help and communication -- appreciate how quickly things went. The Delivery Customization method from ShipX is all I was looking for. it is perfect for the Shopify Basic plan users. You can manage multiple types of rates using this method. Thank you ShipX and team!
