Great support from Jenifer. We sell several product sizes from one location to 25 countries and had issues with duplicate zones across our shipping profiles. Jenifer reviewed our setup with read-only access, answered every question in detail, explained how zone sync works, and enabled a backend option that lets us keep one rate per zone. This has been a great app for our store that allows us to use product based rates with complex setups and flat rate shipping, 2+ free shipping by vendor/sku, etc. Support is the best of any app we've used. They'll hop on a zoom call and setup for you while teaching you how to do it.

I recently started using the ShipX app to handle my shipping needs. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage without any confusion. What stands out most is the customer support responsiveness, which saved me time and reduced stress when dealing with specific situations.

Overall ShipX has been a much needed resource for our business as we have irregular package sizes. Being able to specify certain products, combined rates, and use the AI feature to calculate the right rates has been a game changer.

The only wall we have run into is the inability to distinguish between commercial and residential address to get accurate rates for our customers. Hopefully, that ability will come soon.
