Great app, serves the functions that we require of it and a few more that we currently dont.
Customer service's been fantastic and quick to respond, Deepan was especially helpful with the setup process.
Would recommend this app for anyone wanting more than the basic shipping options shopify has included.
Cant fault the service. Big issue with the app not pushing rates through to Google Merchants Centre via the Google & Youtube app so you can't use Google shopping ads.
Managed to work around this by adding a rate outside of ShipX updating and then deleting it.

As we discussed and verified together, the issue was not related to the ShipX app, but due to a temporary delay in the Google Merchant account, which has now been resolved. Even though this was outside our scope, we made sure to get on a call with you right away and work through it by comparing both of your stores. This is the level of support we always strive to provide to all our customers.
I also recall that after the call, you mentioned you would revisit the review. You’ve been a valued customer with us for several years, and we’ve always done our best to support you at every step. So, seeing this review for something not related to our app has been a bit disheartening for our team.

Support has also been excellent. They offered quick responses, clear explanations, and a genuine willingness to help us optimize our setup instead of just solving the immediate issue.
The scenario‑based automation lets us set different shipping logic by country, order value, and product collections and more, so customers see the right options without any manual intervention on our side.

Excellent support, fantastic rulesets to configure custom scenarios, and very easy to use. If you have a complicated shipping setup, I highly recommend this app.
This app has really robust and flexible functionality. They also have good product support, including being available to meet on Zoom to screenshare, so they can help set up more complicated shipping scenarios as needed. We have some byzantine requirements in our store, and I would be a bit lost trying to do everything self-serve, so this is SUPER helpful. I met today with the customer support rep Deepan; he was very patient and knowledgeable, and spent as much time as we needed to help fix my new setup request, making sure that all the scenarios I wanted were entered correctly and taking the time to double-check everything. Much appreciated!
A very solid app for handling our challenging packaging and shipping scenarios. The AI-based packaging algorithm has enabled us to achieve accuracy in rating we've not had before. The support team really knows their stuff and are responsive to our requests. They get us sorted while providing clear guidance on best practices with the app.

I could have the name wrong, but our account was initially setup by Jinani, she was BEYOND helpful and got all of our numerous requests setup and working as we wanted. After testing for a week, we found some things that didn't work as expected/planned (not Jinani's fault). So we reached out via chat, was answered in minutes, and resolved in minutes by Deepan. So far, nothing but great things to say about the app & service...
