I highly recommend Shipeasy to anyone as this is hands down the most versatile shipping app I have come across! The scenario setup determines the various rule sets available that can be tweaked to meet one's criteria. The History Detail provides a great snapshot of the transaction and matching scenarios. What is even more exceptional is the brilliant tech support behind the app. Vinduja is very patient throughout the Zoom session when explaining the intricacies of the rule sets. Her exceptional knowledge and competency are second to none!

The setup is a little complicated. but the SUPPORT TEAM is GREAT. I had trouble with the initial employee who helped me (I forget his name) But the two that followed RAJ and JANANI were amazing. Knew their stuff, and were quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their product, settings and system. So far so good. I will update this review if anything changes.

Janani has been an absolute champion today with fixing my shipping profile and shipping rates. I had been very frustrated trying to fix some issues and got myself into more issues.
With Janani's help today I am the happiest ever as all my shipping rates and zones have been cleaned up and my Shipeasy app is enabled once again and I am back in businesses.
