charlene is the best! She helped me a lot to solve my problem and I have to say I even asked her if I could get her number so that I could contact support at any time, or rather, to be able to use YOUR support, because it was just perfect! I installed the app recently and got a good impression right away thanks to Charlene I think if the support wasn't as polite and nice as Charlene was I wouldn't be as good at communicating with this app!
