App works really well. We are able to give our customers extra offers and free gifts at check out as well as notify them of other deal.
Their service has been EXCELLENT.
We changed to a new theme and it was clashing with the app. The team was about to fix the issue for us in a promote manner. Totally recommend with app.

The app is alright but it lack feature. Like they just enabled the subscription feature in cart, considering most brand do free shipping for subscription order they only have free shipping unlock for AOV no subscription and their support is terrible they take forever to reply in all honesty I am looking to switch to another app.

Ty here one of thee founders 🥰 We just released this new feature. Its functionality is perfect for the 1000's of brands using it... however yes.. would be great to add this extra functionality requested.
(To my knowledge - this is the first time its been asked for)

I apologise for the team thinking they could try to make it work for you specifically. We always try our best to make things work for stores however ... we should have stated this was outside of the scope of the product. Unfortuantely we couldn't deliver the solution wanted without rebuilding certain parts of the app.

We will be adding this to our roadmap in the future - All the best.

We're looking at switching apps. This cart plugin has given away way too much for free to our customers. For example, if we have discount codes created in shopify and we have our monster cart setup to give a free gift if you spend $79, it's calculating the RRP and then giving the free item (worth $35) even after the client has used a 40% off code which brings their ACTUAL cart total down to $47.40 (not $79) but monster cart is still allowing them to get the $35 free gift. We now have to honour this and have lost out hugely on this. Their support is almost non-existent and I have had to work most of my issues out on my own because I get back emails saying things like "that's unfortunately not a feature we have", even though I've (in some cases) figured out a way around it myself.

We switched from Rebuy to Monster Cart and have not looked back. The team are always very quick to respond on chat, and a shout out to Angelica who was lovely to deal with.

It's a great app, but we have had an issue where customers can purchase a free gift outside of the cart upsell parameters. I was told this was being looked into then heard nothing in over a week. Slightly concerning.

I'd like to give compliment to the agent, Angelica, who was being very prompt and helpful when I needed assistance.
Monster Cart is also a great app to upsell your store, maybe there's bits and pieces that we need to look more into so we can maximise the use of it.

It's been really good so far, support is great and a little bug was fixed quickly. So much functionality and always adding new features, plus excellent price. Very happy with this app, seems to have helped our conversion rate too!

Decent app - worked for us for a while - but their customer support is really the worst. Sarcastic comments while the client is frustrated. If you are a brand in India do not use the app as there are a lot of compatibility issues. 0 help from the support team.

Experience so far is good. I have seen an increase in cart conversions, think the goals free gift then free shipping helpls customer conversion. Customer service /help team have beeen great and easy to work with
I do need to learn more about Monster Cart and other options available,
