Decent app, but picked up that they are duplicating their charges every month. They charge a monthly fee + usage & a monthly fee again. I reached out to their support 2 weeks ago and keep getting a general response that they've passed on the message to the team leader, but still no response. Can you please refund and fix your charges ASAP? Check your charges on your monthly bill!
Hey team 🥰 This is how Shopify system charges with a base charge plus usage separate. This is in-line with our normal pricing listed in FAQs. Really sorry you received a general response message. This should have been communicated day one. Please read the emails I've sent over past weeks. Id love to have the opportunity to make this into a 5 star response.

MonsterCart is a really great app! We've tried a fair few similar apps, but have always come back to MonsterCart as the interface is easy yet powerful to use! The customer service is above & beyond, super helpful.
Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this APP. I contacted multiple times during the few months I had this about the dashboard never working the entire time, so I could never check any data.
I also have just seen I've been charged multiple times for the same period even though its meant to be a monthly fee on the plan I was on and then also after I finally cancelled I have still been charged again yesterday for another month. I can't contact support now that I have uninstalled and shopify said I need to take the charges up with the app.

I dont write reviews very often, but i had to give feedback from what has been a great experience all round with this app. Not only does it give me a lot more sales and easy to use - but the customer service is the best ive ever encountered. I'd recommend this app to anyone.
Warning this does NOT work with product variants. It also does not work with subscription products (i.e., excluding subs from upsells)
Their product says "fully compatible with product variants" but that does not mean it's possible to do a product upsell with a specific variant.
Instead it means that it can apply in the same way to all variants of a product.
Easy to use, never glitches or never had any problems. Customer service is quick & real humans which is great (Shout out to Angelica for going above & beyond.)
unfortunately support is ghosting me and is not answering to any of my tickets. App stopped working and 20% of orders are not discounted.
