Enzuzo Data Privacy

How on earth do I add a custom bit of copy to the Privacy Policy? Instructions and the ability to do things like this seem very lacking. I upgraded my plan because it said I could customize it.... so ... how do we do that? I also see no way to contact the company from within the app, so I have to post my Q in a review? Happy to change this review if I get an answer...
