Enzuzo Data Privacy

Have been doubled charged from Shopify side and their own website for over 2 years. Be careful when you subscribe to them. Contacted support and followed up as they said they would look into it. Received no answer or help. App is great, but bad support.

The support team was very helpful and worked around the clock to fix a styling issue. Everything now works perfectly and as expected.

Incredible support! I had some additional wishes to modify my cookie banner and I experienced 1 on 1 support for 2 days where every single one of my individual requests was met. These guys don't shy away from putting in work themselves to make their customers happy, I certainly am.

Paid for Starter Subscription. Cookie consent banner didn't work. Support takes several days to reply. Says 25+ languages, but only 1 language present.

Didn't respond to my refund request.

I use this app for the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Banner. All of which were easy to set up. i did have some cookie related questions regarding the banner settings and Tim was great with responding quickly and clarifying some things for me, I highly recommend this app!

This is definitely a lifesaver! Before Enzuzo, I was worried about how I would effectively deal with customers' inquiries and requests regarding their privacy and data. Now, I feel at ease, because of Enzuzo taking care of this for me! They also have a great tool to help you create a privacy policy that is compliant as well! Love it!

How on earth do I add a custom bit of copy to the Privacy Policy? Instructions and the ability to do things like this seem very lacking. I upgraded my plan because it said I could customize it.... so ... how do we do that? I also see no way to contact the company from within the app, so I have to post my Q in a review? Happy to change this review if I get an answer...

We got a CCPA deletion request and had no idea what to do... this app helped us figure it out. It was easy to use and follow all the steps to make sure the customers data was deleted properly. The dashboard kept track of everything so we had proof to show the customer that they were deleted.
