DSers: Dropship+AliExpress+AI

I'm a brand-new Shopify store owner and have no prior knowledge about how any of this works. I got my first six orders and thought I'd filled them, but didn't know how the fulfillment process actually worked.
A VERY patient DS-ers customer service agent, Tracy, spent about three hours answering all of my questions, AND helped me save my botched fulfillment orders. I NEVER thought I'd be able to fix the orders I messed up, but she did. Tracy was unimaginably cheerful, never made me feel stupid or unworthy of her extended help. The level of customer service from this company is beyond anything I've ever experienced in business. In 15 years as a multiple business owner, no one has ever extended such understanding and assistance, with an encouraging smile. I'll be a lifetime merchant with these people because of how they treated me today. Thank you, Tracy!
