Settings can be tricky, but the customer service is excellent. Every time I get stuck, it's easy to get an appointment, and the Shipeasy team will set it up for you and test it. I have a scenario that needed different flat prices for each US shipping zone and their team entered all the US zip codes for me. Over time I found a couple of typos, but this was across hundreds of zip codes.
My most recent call with Rahul & Siva was very helpful and they fixed an error preventing customers from being able to check out. We tested multiple product configurations to make sure everything was working correctly before we got off the call.
