Yotpo: Email Marketing & SMS

I am just trying to figure this app out for my business and so far it's been the best option for SMS, but I needed a little customer service support. I hopped on Chat and Jeff was able to walk me through some compliance issues and answer questions about where to find some features I was looking for. Honestly, I wish all of the tech issue for my small business could be solved this easily.
